Poulsbo City Hall

AES Consultants prepared the topography and boundary survey for the new City of Poulsbo City Hall building. Our mapping was utilized by the architect and engineer to design the building and street improvements. This project was specifically difficult due to the limited small size of the site, the intense urban environment and the uncertainty in the historical underground utilities.

In addition to preparing the topography mapping AES Consultants provided quality control checks during the construction process to verify the contractors progress and to avoid catastrophic errors during construction.

Oxford Suites, Silverdale WA

AES Consultants was an integral part of the design team for the New Oxford Suites in Silverdale Washington. We prepared the topography base map of the site for the design team and continued to support the planning and design process throughout the project. In addition we provided construction staking for the contractor and prepared the As-built drawings for submittal to Kitsap County.
