With more than 44 years of professional surveying experience, he has established the project methods and quality control standards that guide the firm’s work today. Gary brings more than 35 years of professional surveying experience and a long history of supporting public utility and infrastructure projects throughout Kitsap County. His background spans the full range of design and construction surveying, including water mains, sanitary sewer systems, pipelines, wastewater treatment facilities, and power grid improvements. He has guided these projects from early planning and pre‑design topographic mapping through construction, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and dependable coordination at every stage.

As Principal in Charge, Gary provides leadership and oversight for all surveying activities. He manages boundary and easement research, establishes and verifies survey control, evaluates existing monuments, and directs field topographic mapping efforts. His field experience includes comprehensive surveys of boundary lines, rights‑of‑way, and topography, along with detailed mapping of existing site features such as utilities and manhole access points, structures, pavement, gravel surfaces, landscaping, and fencing.
